More than 125 years of combined heritage makes up the Bistro Soups & Chili® Brand as Vienna® Beef was founded in 1893.
Over that time, both Vienna Beef and Bistro Soups & Chili would evolve into the customer focused, quality driven, and family run company it is today; A manufacturer of kettle cooked soups, stews, chilis, sauces, and sides that uses carefully selected ingredients and handcrafted recipes in a state of the art manufacturing facility in Chicago, Illinois.
In January 2016, we moved to a new manufacturing facility, which greatly increased our production capacity.
From small batches using local ingredients, up to the high demand of the foodservice world and everything in between.
